This is my current system...

i5 2500 (non k) @ stock
ECS H67H2-M3 motherboard
2x4gb ram
2TB hdd
Zotac GTX 760 2gb AMP!
Seasonic S12II 520W 80+ Bronze

I am planning to buy used Sapphire Tri X R9 290. Can my psu handle it?

Solution
yeah I screwed up and gave you the default R9 290 PSU requirements when in fact the card you have actually requires 650W-750W supply because of it's OC...650W if high quality supply is used 750W if lower quality supply is used according to sapphire.

Hi - A good quality 650w unit is recommended for an r9 290, It could run on less, but I wouldn't
chance it long term on a 520. The Sii 520 does provide enough +12v amperage (has 40 - need 31 +12v), so you could run
it for now & save for an upgrade down the line. But, with that muxh xtra +12v headroom no need to act immediately.
