Hi all
Im at a bit at a loss with this one , my system I built after Christmas has been running fine with no issues what so ever , yesterday after a few hours gaming all of a sudden my frame rates were cut in half and i was getting such bad lag games were no longer playable. I thought it was software related so i wiped and reinstalled windows but im still suffering unplayable games even on low settings. Im guessing this leads me to think this is a hardware issue but I have no idea how to diagnose.
My machines specs are
Gigabyte Z270x motherboard K5
7700k Delided
2 x GTX 1080s in SLI HB bridge
16 Gig DDR 4 Corsair Vengeance
2 x Samsung 850 SSD
Corsair AX 760 PSU
Its a full watercooled hardline system and all the temps are low so nothing appears to be overheating , I just cant figure it out. Ive disabled sli and switched the display to both cards and the issues still persist.
Can anyone help a plan of action ?
