My new one, when I plugged it in it was extremely slow so slow that I couldn't open any programmes and has to switch it off from mains, I loaded up bios and my computer had been on for 2 minutes and my cpu temp was 91 degrees Celsius. I looked at my cpu cooler and the thermal paste was dry could this have anything to do with it. A reply would be gratefully appreciated thanks

Gpu: GTX 1070 MSI gaming x
Psu: Corsair HX850i
SSD: 500gb
HDD: wester digital 500gb
