That reading on speedtest is to the closest speedtest server, not the overwatch servers you are playing on ;-)
D/L speed doesn't effect ping ;-)
What makes you think your ping is high when you are playing? What are you using to monitor your connection when gaming? What are you getting for ping to the overwatch servers when playing?
