I have a question about UPS outlets. Right now, I am gathering the knowledge about UPS.My assumption that needs explanation from the experts here, outlets with battery is based on the power that it can supply when blackout happen and outlets without battery is not limited to what the power it can supply. Is that right ? I am considering an UPS for my next build to get the highest quality for power to my component. One more question, can the multi-outlets power strip be plugged into outlets without battery ?

Solution

When the house power is running, they both supply whatever comes out of the wall.
In the US, ~110V.

When the house power goes out, the Surge only outlets go out.
The batter outlets provide whatever the battery can provide.

I know that. What I want to know here about the power it can supply, I think it is for the battery. Surge protected without battery can supply any power right ?

Ok. I got one more question, I forgot to include this in my post. Can I use another surge protector for phone cable when connected to the modem. The modem is connected to UPS. As usual, just wanna know if there is limitation.

Not sure what you mean here.
My UPS has 2 ports for phone line. One IN and one OUT.

I mean another surge protector for phone cable. Just for phone cable. In case that UPS don't provide for phone cable.

Thanks for that. What I want to say is that the phone cable sits far from the modem, so i need to use another surge protector.
