Asus motherboard beeps

I built a new PC with some old school hardware, I7 965 extreme and Asus P6X58D-E, and on the first boot I got no signal and beeps. The beeps went as so 1 beep, pause, then 2 short beeps. Also the MemOK light is red. Any fix to this problem?
(Using DDR3 1600MHz RAM)

I tried putting one stick of ram in each slot and what happen was that the MemOK light would flash or the issue would stay the same. I didn't use an anti static wrist band but touch the metal part of my case to let off static electricity.
