Hey Everyone,

I'll try my best to put as much detail into this as I can to explain the situation. So, I've been working with computers roughly for a little over 3 years now professionally, and while I've ran into North Bridge Overheating I've never ran into this particular problem.

The System Specifications are as follows
AMD FX 6300, 970A-DS3P, 8GB Adata DDr3, 700 Watt CoolMax PSU, 1TB WD Blue, Stock & Hyper T2 Cooler. R7 360

So far, the problem began to really persist after we put the Hyper T2 Cooler in the system, though we've had the problem roughly 6 months ago now, we did fix it then (I can't particularly remember how)

The reason why I'm so dumbfounded, is because I've now tried 2 new boards with the same model number. I highly doubt all three of these boards are defective, I will be testing out a new AMD FX 6300 shortly but I want to make this thread to hear/read any other suggestions.

I have yet to test the Power Supply, I will be testing that as-well. I did notice when I put a 750Ti in there that the computer wouldn't even power up, the fans would spin up and then just stop.

I've tried a new stick of ram, obviously didn't change anything.

I would appreciate any suggestions

Get a top down CPU cooler that will help cool the surrounding components. Tower air coolers and water cooling are inferior where that's concerned. Something like this design:

There is no reason that motherboard shouldn't be able to handle an FX-6300 even with a light overclock (like 4 Ghz). But yeah, your motherboard is a poor brand. Sounds like it can't handle anything.

This computer ran fine for a year and a half before we got a single problem. But I've tried 3 different boards today (The original one which has been in it since it was built, and 2 brand new off the shelf from my stores stock just to test. All of them having a problem.)
