I built a new pc a few weeks ago, but for the past week, my computer will crash whenever I try to download a program, launch a game, or even type in an address on google chrome. I got so fed up with it that I completely reinstalled windows, installed only a few necessary drivers, only to have it crash again when I tried to launch a game.
I'm at my wit's end with this pc. There's nothing I can do to stop it from crashing, and I've spent hours trying to find and fix the issue. I think it's a hardware issue, but everything I've tested so far (RAM, CPU, SSD, HDD) has come back with no issues. Every time the crash occurs, my monitor will go black, and the fans sound like a jet engine trying to take off.

Asus ROG STRIX 1080 8GB
Intel i7-5820k
Corsair h100i liquid cooler
Corsair RM 750W 80+ Gold certified ATX PSU
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000
ASRock Fatal1ty X99X Killer ATX LGA2011-3 motherboard
Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD
Hitachi Ultrastar 2TB 7200RPM HDD
