Hello Tom's Hardware community! I'm here to ask for your opinion about budget PSU for :

Ryzen 1600
MSI GAMING 8 GB RX 480
MSI B350 MORTAR
16 GB DDR4 RAM
SDD 240 GB
HD 1 TB
1 Optical drive

I'm not planing to overlock my GPU or CPU, so I'm not sure If I need 500w/600/w/650 w... PSU and not sure which one is best. I'm limited to around 80-90 euros. Thanks in advance

I suggest an EVGA Supernova G3 650W for best quality and efficiency. It's 90 USD on newegg.com (it could be a little more in Europe) However you could go with the GQ series (semimodular) or GS (depending on the price) to get a little cheaper while having comparable quality.

Well.. I'm from Serbia so not sure if you can get used to this site http://www.eponuda.com/ - mostly every PSU from this site is available in my country. Thanks for faster answers guys, I' ll take a look, but I'm scared non of these are available here right now

You may want to check, maybe a RX580 card is available at the same price. These cards are basically the same, but every RX580 is clocked a bit higher on the core, they often come with better coolers, and are more more power efficient in certain low-load scenarios.
As for overclocking- I'd recommend you do some. R5 1600 overclocks with the stock cooler quite well (3.6GHz-3.7GHz at less than 1.35V will still be safe, cool and quiet. As for the RX480/580 cards- you may get better performance not overclocking, but undervolting- as they often are limited by power budget- and reducing voltage allows cards to work closer to boost clock all the time. Wattman is a user friendly tool for Windows released by AMD that lets you do it. Same tool allows to overclock video card RAM.
