Best Camcorder Under $70?

Hello,
I'm looking for a good camcorder that's records in 1080p and is under $70. I'm buying it for my little sister so she stops asking to use my more expensive DSLR.

If you have a smartphone and you upgrade it one day, maybe you could give her your old one. The camera might be just as good or better.
A few years ago my Mum bought me a cheap camcorder that she saw on a shopping channel. To be honest, it was kind of her, but a lousy product.

Having said that, if your sister is thinking about making YouTube videos, etc, then any camera is better than no camera, so yeah - just get her what you can or need to and let her roll with it and do the rest.. I've bought a nice couple of cameras in the past and rarely used them, so it's good to start carefully, see if the energy is there, and upgrade when the need arises.

At that price point, there isn't a lot of difference.
In fact, they all probably come out of the same factory, just with different 'brand' labels printed on them.
