I bought a computer that has no case fans. Only a psu fan which is taking air out (exhaust) I bought another fan and I was wondering if it should be intake or exhaust.
The bottom and front fans should always be intake and the top and back always outtake. You should roughly have the same number of intakes as outtakes, but if it is a odd number than more intakes are better./

Some fans have sticker on both sides, better guide is spokes that hold motor, that's exhaust side. Most fans also have an arrow on the frame showing flow direction.
