So I installed my new cpu fan the hyper 212 evo. I go back to the room to plug everything in. start it up and all I see is my computer on just not the monitor,mouse, and keyboard. So silly me thinks that the cooler is taking too much power I go back and put back the stock cooler just to come back to the same problem.
