if you were buying new you should have gotten a i5 7600 with proper B250 mobo...

return the stuff if you can

that said, either a rx 580 or a gtx 1060 6gb are your best bet for your budget

not going to give you ~60 fps max settings on every game at 1080p though, for that you need a gtx 1070 with an i7

G-Sync at 1080p is just stupid, its money better spent on a better GPU.
What's your budget for both monitor and the graphics card?

Will the cpu bottleneck the GTX 1070 and will fps drop severely and stutter severely.

What about this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01HHCA1IO/?tag=pcpapi-20 im looking for the lowest price possible. And the monitor you suggested its Freesync which only works with AMD cards not NVIDIA.

Incorrect, Freesync is an optional thing, it's just a bonus in this case, you can disable it and it will function as a regular 144hz monitor, it's just better quality as a panel vs the VG248QE.
The 1070 G1 I posted is no longer $343, so I suppose the windforce is a better choice now.
