My internet has been acting crazy for the past few days, at first it said that it was unidentified, not it says its connected but the ping is unbearable, it is anywhere from 100 to 600 ping and my download speed is under an MB when it is usually 10 to 20. My speeds are usually 15 download and 20 uploads and I simply don't understand what's going on. Please help any advice would be much appreciated. I'm currently at 778 latency and .66 down and .95 up!

If the modem and router are seperate, reset them both.
Are you connected wirelessly, or by wire? If wireless, can you try wired?
Are any other devices on the network? How are they behaving?
Run "MalwareBytes" (free) to rule out malware on your PC.
Run a traceroute on your computer to see where the first responce (ping) shows as bad.
