is Asrock H110m-dgs good for this build?

Solution
No its not. Your i7-6700K is an unlocked CPU capable of overclocking. Buying a motherboard with an H110 chipset would defeat the purpose of your CPU, as the H110 does not support OCing. Yes the CPU will physically fit in that motherboard - but you have just paid a premium on a CPU only to get a MB that cannot utilize its full potential.

I'd suggest these options:

OPTION 1: Pair the i7-6700K with a Z170/Z170M motherboard

OPTION 2: Use the ASRock H110M-DGS but buy the i7-6700 (non-K) or, even better price/performance, if this rig is only to be used for gaming, then the i5-6500.
