I installed 8 gb of Corsair vengeance lpx ram (4x2) Into my ASUS H11OM-A motherboard and when I run msinfo32 it says only 4.12 of it is available. Please help, I have tried completely turning off my computer (Shut down, unplug power cable) and when I restart it and run msinfo32 it says maybe 5gb or over. Please help.

is this the screen which shows you have 4.12 available?
as if it is, the 4.12 is free ram, its not your total. Available means free ram ready to be used by any program. It shows it there and in task manager though opening task manager used ram in the below image or my two totals would agree.
If you add up your in use + available its going to be close to 8gb or just a little under.
