Hi. I wanna ask what will be lightest antivirus and browser for windows 7 32 bit? What applications and software I should install after clean windows instalation? Maybe there is list, or site with recommended ones?

Use microsoft mssentials, long as your os copy is legit, you can use it for free and it will do far more better than most av on the market for windows 7.
Having malwarebytes will help too, especially if you have malware that will slip in by accident from pop up windows or spammy ads.
