Is my CPU gonna bottleneck my new GPU?

Am thinking of buying a new GPU but am not sure if my CPU gonna bottleneck it.


Motherboard:Intel DH61WWB3 Micro ATX LGA1155
CPU:Intel Core i5-2400 3.1GHz Quad-Core
New GPU:GIGABYTE GTX 1050 TI OC 4 GB


If my CPU bottlenecked the GPU please tell me the CPU that support my Motherboard and wont bottleneck my GPU.

Also how much watt is i need/recommended.
