Hi. Ill try to make this short, but I tried overclocking on a Gigabyte AB350M-D3H, setting a Ryzen 5 1600 with a Noctua U12S to 4.0GHZ and turning on XMP on my 32GB of Corsair Vengeance 3000MHZ RAM. It set it automatically to 2933MHZ, and I saved.

The PC booted up with a continuous long beep, which i diagnosed as a RAM problem and took out all the RAM except the 2nd slot, with 8GB. I tried booting up again, but it now gave me a new beep code, which said it was a faulty CMOS or something. I tried resetting the CMOS using the jumper on my motherboard, which recommends putting a screwdriver inbetween the 2 pins, so to say. This time, it booted up with no beep code, and no display. This is where I'm currently stuck at. Everything is normal in the PC except for the missing beep code, and has no display. I even tried taking out the inbuilt battery for 15-20 mins, again to no avail. Please help, and thanks for taking the time to read this really long post.

From what I've been seeing online, you won't get anything past 2600MHz with Ryzen. Future bios updates may fix this.
