I'm in the process of upgrading my PC a from a limited budget.

I already have some of these components and do not plan to upgarde everything. (Motherboard and CPU is the main question)

This is the build I plan to have:

Motherboard: ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0
RAM: Kingmax DDR3 12 GB 1333Mhz RAM
CPU: AMD FX-8350 (plan to overclock)
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 WindForce 3X OC Edition
PSU: Corsair CX600

Most of the cheap am3+ motherboards will struggle with the 8350, you would need something like: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/yFjG3C/asus-motherboard-m5a99fxpror20

But if i were you i would sell your cpu and ram and buy this:

I already have the RAM and GPU from my previous system. I don't plan to change those.

I got the CPU cheap, but I need a new motherboard, because it's not compatible with my old one.
