Hi. I just got the Sapphire Nitro Rx480 4gb. I installed it in my z68-v pro/gen3 asus MB with l7 2600k and 16gb ddr3. 250gb ssd and Gm g550m psu. Now, to begin with everything was fine. Benchmarks were fine and my main game - the division - was running smoothly. After a week or so the game startet showing graphic artifacts and would then crash with the radeon software. I have read just about every article on the matter but no resolve. I have the latest drivers. Messed around with wattman. Tried just about everything. Right now I wish I never bought the damn thing. Doing more troubleshooting than actual gaming.
Any ideas?

And on a second note. I have a gtx 1060 and gtx 960 installed without any problems. I bought a new z170 6700k for my music production suite and ended up installing the 1060 in that. Sold my 960 to get the rx 480 so that I could game at home as well.

UPDATE! Reported a RMA on the card but they couldn't find any issues with it. So a complete reinstall maybe in order. But is there any way for me to find out if it's my motherboard? How to measure power going from the PCIe slot and AUX? Anyone?

For those who might be interested. I just got the card back from RMA where they couldn't find anything wrong with it ... In the meantime I have wiped my drive and installed win 10 from scratch. Installed the card. Same issue after about an hour of gameplay. Radeon driver crashing ...
So I brought the card to my workcomputer. A asus Z170-pro, i7 6700k, 32GB ram and system on OCZ NVMe drive. Wiped the geforce drivers with DDU and installed the RX 480. Same issue. Radeon driver crashed. I have not OC'ed the rx 480. Afterburner shows me temps below 80c average about 75c. GPU usage 100%. I noticed that I get consistant GPU peaks under normal windows use where my gtx 1060 shows no peaks and max 90-95% GPU usage under load/gaming. I can only conclude that the RX 480 is faulty in some way. Have not heard from AMD support ...
