I need help finding games suitable for my pc

If you have an idea about what games can I play on my system without lag.

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G3220 @ 3.00GHz (2 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
Memory: 8192MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 12
Card name: AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
Display Memory: 6097 MB
Dedicated Memory: 2029 MB
Shared Memory: 4068 MB

Also, If you have any suggestions about what i have to do to improve my performance please let me know.

You can play Witcher 3 at 60 fps, so any game from that time or earlier you should be able to play at the same settings.
You also should list exactly what video card you have, there are several 2xx Radeon models.

If you want faster performance, get a faster CPU and video card, you have enough RAM. What you can upgrade to depends on your power supply, case and motherboard.

you can visit systemrequirementslab.com and download their detection software and you can know on how well your pc can run that game (recommended or minimum )

Trust me, I did that and I don't think their site is accurate. For an example: systemrequirementslab.com detected that my pc can't run Witcher 3 even on minimum. I can play that game on low with more than 60 fps full resolution.

Also, I asked here because I want a human opinion over my system and what can I play on it.
