Thats my mother board : GA-Z87-HD3

These RAM Sticks are what i have now :Kingston HyperX Beast 8GB (2 X 4GB) DDR3 2400MHz CL11 1.65V

Are they working at full frequency ? And I would like to add more ram to my build but can't find these specific ones online.

So what RAM stick will work with my mother board ? I wanna buy a single 4gb stick.

Solution

No. No. In this case much better - base speed is 1333, after XMP should be 2400

The problem with buying different ram is that it may refuse to work with the one you have already. In theory, any 2x4 gb DDR3 2400MHz CL11 1.65V kit should work. In practice, you will not know until you try it...

Type DDR3
Size 4096 MBytes
Manufacturer Kingston
Max Bandwidth PC3-10700 (667 MHz)
Part Number KHX2400C11D3/4GX
Week/year 43 / 13
SPD Ext. XMP

So I was close, its T2, not T3. Anyway, now for your questions:
- can't tell if they work at full speed, but your motherboard is capable of using it. All it takes (usually) is just to turn on XMP profile 1 in BIOS (profile 2 has settings for 2133 MHz).
- if looking to expand ram, try buying exactly same set http://www.kingston.com/datasheets/khx24c11t2k2_8x.pdf . If impossible to find, it would be better to sell those and buy 16 Gb kit (2x8). Adding just one extra stick is not preferred as you'll lose dual channel capability this way.

-Does enabling xmp affect my computers stability ? Or degrade faster ? Do I get a much better performance by enabling it or is it negligible ?

-I cannot sell my ram unfortunately because there is no market for used computer parts where I live. However I can buy 2 4gb sticks instead of one if that helps.
-I can't find the same model on amazon. Is there any alternative that works the same or better but still not over the top budget wise.

No. No. In this case much better - base speed is 1333, after XMP should be 2400

The problem with buying different ram is that it may refuse to work with the one you have already. In theory, any 2x4 gb DDR3 2400MHz CL11 1.65V kit should work. In practice, you will not know until you try it. So make sure you have option of sending bought memory back to seller.
