Hi guys. I've got some crashing and freezing problems in my pc while playing games for a long time. So I tried to test my 2x4 RAMs with Memtest86+. There was a confusing result. When I test my RAMs Dual Channel, Memtest gives 30 error, but when I tried to test RAMs single slot in every RAM slot, there was no error. How can I fix this problem?

and my pc specs:
-AMD FX X6 6300 (no o.c)
-MSI RX 470 4GB
-MSI 970A-G46 MoBo
-Corsair Vengeance 2x4 RAM (there is another confusing thing with my RAMs. Their serial number is the same = CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9, but someone's version number is different, one of it ver5.14 and the other one's ver.4.19. is this cause the problem?)

I'm from Turkey and I can't find helpful replys about my problem so I came here. My english may be bad. So sorry.

Solution
I would go with a 2X4 GB kit, so you can run in Dual-Channel mode, which will give you a performance increase. Check you motherboard maker's specifications page to see what speed (frequency) RAM it supports. Most have a QVL (qualified vendor list), showing the specific RAM that has been tested with the motherboard, although they don't always keep the list up to date for the latest ram available. The QVL will generally be under the Support tab on their website.

Edit:

I have the same CPU as you do (different motherboard) and I recently bought a 2X4 GB kit of G.Skill 1333mhz ram, and it is working good in dual-channel mode.
The results of your tests would suggest that you have two single sticks rather then matched pair of sticks. Therefore they may have a problem when working together in same channel. Try putting the sticks in different channels (first in blue slot, second in black) and run memtest again.

I did what you say and the test doesn't ended. There are 8 errors in 20 minutes.

When the sticks were initially tested in dual-channel configuration, did you have XMP turned on in BIOS? Right now it seems like you have Command Rate set to 1, while it should have been 2, according to last column in SPD tab. I can recall someone on the forum having similar problem that was solved by switching command rate.
Note: if your machine refuses to boot after the change, reset CMOS to get it back to working settings.

I didn't turned on XMP in BIOS and my command rate is already setted to 2.

Looks then like those 2 sticks don't want to work together. The only thing left to try would be increasing ram voltage from stock 1.5 V by single increment and test if it reduces amount of memtest error. But it has possibility of damaging components.

I tried this way too. I increased DRAM Voltage 1.5V to 1.601V and opened up the Memtest86+. And there were errors too.

So there is no solution for this problem right? Am I have to buy new RAMs?

Run memtest on one stick at a time, with only one stick installed. If no errors are detected using this method, then that will confirm what Dragor says. Only memory bought in a kit is proven to work together, as they have been tested together before shipping. Ram not bought in a kit, MAY work fine, or may not work properly.

If you run memtest on each individual stick, and you get errors on one of them, that would suggest a bad RAM stick.

In which case, buy a kit of RAM.
