What component do I need to upgrade in order to play LoL?

Current spec:
Pentium G630
Radeon HD 6670 gddr5 1 gb
4gb ram
League of legends sometimes stutters while playing.
I don't know what is the cause,my cpu or gpu?

If the stutter is on single player gaming with bots, it most likely would improve with a faster gfx card.
If the stutter is on a busy server (multiplayer) it is most likely the CPU.
Having only 4GB of RAM isn't helping either. But I doubt that is the stutter problem.
