I feel as though this is my build that i believe is perfect for me but I struggle with deciding on a mother board.

build:

im considering changing the graphics card to something cheaper (about $300) for the same performance and the cpu could also change. The mother board is what im stuck on choosing. Idk which mother board is good for this setup or if I should go more expensive or what.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

For around the same price, you can go for the newer 7th gen i5-7500. You can also go for a newer motherboard that also supports up to 2400MHz ram, to making full use of the 2400MHz that you chose. You can also go for a cheaper GTX1060 with a slightly lower boost clock like you mentioned, or you can go for the RX580, which is a refresh/OC version of RX480.

It would look something like this:

CPU: Intel Core i5-7500 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($259.99 @ Amazon Canada)
Motherboard: ASRock B250M-HDV Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($74.50 @ Vuugo)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($67.00 @ Amazon...
