What component causes my gaming PC bottleneck?

Several games like PS2, BF1, and Warframe etc, cannot even hit 30 fps on my Acer Predator XB271HK bmiprz, and idk what component bottleneck all of my games.
CPU: i7 6700K
GPU: Gigabyte Waterforce qtx 1080
Ram 2400DDR4
PSU: Evga 750W T2

The i7-6700 and GTX 1080 are a powerful combination. But at 4K, even the single 1080 will struggle. 4K is like playing across 4 x 1080p monitors. If you are playing at max settings, that is.
So to answer your question, it is the gfx card solution that needs improvement. If your board supports SLI, you would have to get a 2nd 1080.
