Are Seagate Heads Interchangeable?

I have a Seagate ST9640322AS portable external hard drive. I can't find a reasonbly priced donor of the same model. Does anyone know if the Seagate ST9640320AS heads would work as a donor swap?

That's practically impossible to do in do-it-yourself mode even if you were a watchmaker or a brain surgeon. It requires specific apparatus and special conditions (clean chamber) to set and align with incredible precision. If you just lightly touch platter or any dust gets on it it's screwed forever. Heads hover just few microns above platters.

That doesn't answer my question. I'm well aware of the chances I'm taking to recover the data.
