hi I just bought a new router today a TPlink C50 AC1200 Version:1 Its a good router for my 100/100 internet speed and it has dualband but the problem is at some points the ping goes up to 1k+ . I dont know whats causing this. Sometimes I dc from discord/games and other computers like laptops are loosing they connection for some few sec. Im using a ethernet cable on my stationary and same problem here. What can be causing this problem? I get bad internet BARS on ps3/ps4 as well. Dunno with my phones since i use the mobile data there than WIFI

I have the latest firmware update there is for this model. Ive tried using 2.4 only and 5.0 only and both. I tried manual channels as well and still a problem. I dunno why it skyrocks with the ping but its really annoying. Guess only solution i can do is return the product :/
