Ok, so my mate had Maplins install all of his components into his new case, and after he took his computer home his temps are idling at around 40 and sometimes even 65 degrees on his GPU alone and when playing games for about 5-10 minutes his computer will blue screen but the error message changes every time, so I told him to up the RPM speeds on the fans and this made no difference, as his case only has two fans installed I told him to order 3 more and have them installed, but he is stressing this will not fix the problem.

Any thoughts on what this issue could be?
