My wife started her computer and it was looping to the BIOs screen. Her hard drive is about 6 years old so I thought that may be the problem. First I did a BIOs reset, still not working so I bought a new hard drive. In the BIOS screen i noticed the computer temps were still around 30 C, but now with the new hard drive they just continue to climb, is it because I need drivers? I am having to reinstall windows but I cannot because the computer keeps over heating. I noticed the fans for the water cooling are working but the part that goes on the processors gets very hot. I have a corsair water cooler cannot remember the model h80? Maybe but i also notoced the LED on corsair is red and I think it is normally blue. I have the micro usb from the cooler plugged into JUSB1 is this correct?

I think you are right, unfortuantely I have only had it for a couple months, is there anything I can do to fix it? Or do I need to get with corsair? and are they good about replacing stuff?
As far as the power goes, it is plugged into JUSB1.

USB connection is only for control, not enough power to run a pump, there should also be a power connector for pump and has to be connected to MB in place of a connector marked CHA_Fan or directly to PSU via Molex connector. I have a feeling that it got disconnected while installing hard disk and that's why it's not working now.

Just sitting in the bios yesterday it got up to 100C before I force shut it off....as the computer starts the temp is about 55C and goes up 1 C every second on the CPU, whereas the motherboard temp is stable at 30C
