I have recently updated my system, here are the specs:

CPU: Xeon e5-2699 v3 (18 core)
Memory : HK Hynix 16 Gb DDR4 ECC x 8
Motherboard: ASRock X99 Taichi
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO
HDD: Seagate 1TB
Video Card: nVidia Geforce GTX Titan X
Cooling: Corsair Hydro H115i Extreme

I have started having an issue now, where my system will randomly shut off (as if it looses power). It has no patter, at least not one that appears. Now, the odd thing is, I see a lot of stuff in my system events that are concerning. The errors that happen before the shutdown are as follows:

Warning:e1rexpress:ID27: Intel(R) I211 Gigabit network connection Network link is disconnected.

Error:IIS-APPHOSTSVC:ID9010: The application Host Helper Service encountered an error trying to access the root history directory.

Error:Service Control Manager:ID7001: The NeTcpActivator service depents on the NetTcpPortSharing service which failed to start because of the following error: The service cannot be started.

Error:Service Control Manager:ID7009: A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the asComSvc service to connect.

Error:Service Control Manager:ID7000:The asComSvc service failed to start due to the following error: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Error:DistributedCOM:ID10016:The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID... (This happens three times in a row, once by "SYSTEM" and twice by "LOCAL SERVICE"

Then, when i go into applications section, I have an error like this one:

Error: EFS : ID 4401: 7.488: EFS service failed to provision user for EDP. Error code: 0x80070005.

The shutdowns don't seem to be the same every time, the interesting part is, I've had this rig for about two weeks now, and it didn't start doing this until I played GTA 5 for the first time about three days ago. So, this is a really interesting fact and I'm not sure it is a coincidence or related. Any ideas?

One more thing, when the PC shuts off, I cannot power it back on, unless I unplug it from the wall and wait a few minutes.

What psu. That's usually the guilty party with power shutdowns.
Have you run Realtemp to monitor cpu temps? Does the case have adequate ventilation? Updated bios? Latest mobo drivers for the lan/usb/pci-express etc? Have you done a full virus/malware check, visually checked for fan spinning on the rad/psu under loads?

There's more than a few possibilities as to the cause, you'll have to check out what you can

It is a Seasonic 1250 watt gold rated PSU. I believe SS-1250X. The drivers were just recently downloaded from ASRock's website. For case fans I have the two 140s in the front on the radiator, they are always on, there is a 140 in the top and a 140 in the back. They don't stop spinning ever unless there is no power. The bios is the most recent version I believe, I'll double check that. CPU temp is about 30c at the moment, it should be lower than that...

I'm not really sure what is going on, haven't had the issue again. I'm going to run some preliminary tests, can anyone recommend a good program that will stress the system? Something that can stress CPU/GPU/PSU and maybe some other stuff.

Ran the benchmark, here is the provided information:

CPU temp Max 45c, min 34c

Image editing: 148,161
Encoding: 215,201
OpenCL: 88,478
Heavy Multitasking: 164, 459

Overall System Score: 154,074.

Ran stress test for 30 minutes, CPU always at 100, CPU temp never exceeded 48c, Hash always matched.. This must be software related?

Looking more like a glitch or out of date/wrong date driver that's been corrected or overwritten by Windows update.

As far as the psu needing unplugged, that's a very broad area. If you Google that specifically, you'll get answers that range from USB external hdds, to shorts in the dp/hdmi cables, dp monitor backfeeds, power button sticking, even one time was a keyboard (had usb port in it) shorted out and was maintaining a constant charge on the USB circuit, faking out the power on relay in the psu.
