So, I recently upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7. Before, my Xbox One Controller was working just fine. Now, everything works except for the Triggers. In GTA V, neither trigger works. In Ghost Recon: Wildlands, the Left Trigger works, but the right trigger barely works (cars go a whole 5 mph). I've tried restarting my computer, restarting the game, reinstalling the drivers, completely uninstalling and reinstalling them, unplugging and plugging back in the adapter, turning on and off the controller, etc. Anyone have any solutions that may work?

Are you running any third party controller handlers?
Try shutting those off if so.
Can you try using the controller on an XBOX One console?
This could eliminate the hardware as an issue.
Have you checked any in-game sensitivity settings to ensure that's not an issue?
