So I'm looking for a keyboard mouse mouse pad and headset/ear buds all for under 350 before taxes, recommendations pls and they should all match in red preferably or keys than can light red. Ear bud/headset colour don't really matter

Get this, stick the modmic on the side and connect it, and you'll have great audio with a microphone without the drawbacks of headset audio quality.
