I want to change my CPU
to Ryzen R5 1600x and GPU to RX 480 but I don't know what thing need to buy first.
Specs:
CPU: AMD FX6300-sixc-core 3.5Hz.
GPU: AMD R7 260x-2G

Solution
You would need an entirely different setup (motherboard and RAM) if you want to change platfroms from the FX to the R5. The FX has a different socket type and RAM type (AM3+ and DDR3) compared to the Ryzen (AM4 and DDR4) - both are not interchangeable.

The GPU, on the other hand, can work with both of those two platforms. However, your current FX 6300 is a weak CPU to handle tha maximum possible graphic performance of the RX 480 (the GPU will still work, but, on most games, the FX 6300 will bottleneck it).

So, the order of upgrade would be: 1) CPU + CPU Cooler + MB + RAM, then, 2) GPU + PSU (assuming you have a weaker and low-quality PSU - as you did not list your PSU specs), while 3) the rest of your other components (case, HDD...

Note that the R5 1600X does not have an included AMD Stock Cooler (unlike the R5-1600). The CPU Cooler (height) will depend on the case/chassis you are going to use.

The motherboard you need is a B350 or X370 chipset AM4 motherboard. The size (if ATX or mATX) will also depend on the case you have.

RAM would be DDR4 2133/2400/2666 MHz, but, you would need to check the MB and RAM manufacturer's supported list of RAM modules that were tested to work. 8GB (2 x 4GB) sticks is considered minimum while 16GB (2 x 8GB) sticks is ideal.

You also might need a new OS (Windows 10 Home) for Ryzen support.

Thanks to answer.
If I first chage the GPU the CPU will get a drastic bottleneck? or it could be acceptable?
This are the complete specs:
CPU: FX 6300
Cooler CPU: Cooler Master 212 Evo
GPU: RX 480
PSU: AeroCool KCAS-650M
Case: Corsair specs 03
RAM: 8GB DDR3 2400Mhz
MB: Asus 970 Pro Gaming
HDD: 2Tb 7200rpm
System: W10

Drastic bottleneck. The FX 6300 + RX 480 doesn't pair well. Here's a good guide to check which CPU would be ideal for an RX 480: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qSkGtqIXpBBFwidUxl2LlWpIh3CQQGTrfc4WySMe14o/edit#gid=0 (Source: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-3192807/ultimate-bottlenecking-guide.html).

Also, I highly recommnd to change your PSU alongside the GPU upgrade. Though the KCAS-650 (650W) could provide enough juice to power your rig (at 624W at +12V), the PSU is not a good quality unit (and only has 2-year warranty - which probably has already expired).

I would suggest looking at the Seasonic G-550 (hybrid modular cables like yours, 550W good-quality unit - which is more than enough for your upgrades, and 5-year warranty) or the EVGA SuperNOVA G3 550 (fully modular, same good quality unit, and 7-year warranty) or the Corsair RM550x (same but 10-year warranty).

If I was in your position, I'd start with the CPU-MB-RAM upgrad first. Then the GPU-PSU.

Thanks for the advancements. And the last, If I sell it, as soon as it could be sold?
