• Make sure that the button's portion is clean. No dirt, dust or obstruction that may affect on the performance of it. Apply compressed air if necessary.
• Drain all the static energy on your mouse.
1. Turn the mouse on and remove the batteries
2. Press the left and the right button repeatedly for a minute
3. Put the batteries back in and wait a few seconds to re-connect and test the mouse
• Re-seat to another USB port. Bypass the use of KVM switch boxes, port replicators, docking stations, and USB hubs if any.

• Un-pair / Re-pair the mouse to its receiver. For more instructions,

• Uninstall Logitech Setpoint and other third-party applications which is capable of configuring mouse actions (MS Intellipoint, SteerMouse, USB Overdrive, etc.)
• If possible, try to use the mouse on another computer for further testing.
