pc restarting on stressing the GPU and on gaming, event viewer displaying the event with id 41 and task category 63.

Since last 7 days i have been having this problem, whenever the load gets higher pc restarts itself . It has happened while gaming , 3dmark firestrike, furmark GPU stress testing. Don't have a clue about what's going on. Pc is relatively new, assembled in January 2016. Mobo is new , got after RMA'ing the last one.
PC Specs are -:

CPU- Intel core i5 4460
CPU cooler - Arctic freezer 13
Mobo- MSI B85M-E45
GPU- MSI GTX 970 ARMOR
RAM- 4GB X 2 DDR3 GSKILL AEGIS
PSU- Cooler master G550M
HDD- WD blue 1 TB
Case- Corsair spec M2
Have five case fans (120mm)

Everything running through UPS (APC BR1000G IN)

PLEASE HELP !

how can i know that for sure ? actually i live in a very remote placeso don't have another PSU to test with ..

yes sir , may be i'll do that, anyways what PSU should i go for as all these in INDIA are quite costly.
