I really cannot point my finger at what is wrong. I re-installed windows on a different hdd I had lying around, and same thing happens on both hdds, I ran memtest 86 and the inbuilt Memory Diagnostics Tool from windows and it says memory is good. So it could be the motherboard or processor ? I have no ideea what to do next, I want to smash the pc with a brick. I have been googling for ages and cannot figure out what is broken.

Update: The motherboard is AM1b-ITX. here's some pictures

OK, someone told me to leave memtest on all night, and still no errors. I went out and purchased a new 4 gb bit of ram and put it in the same slot as the old one, now I just have to wait and see...

Ok. It has been a while and I did not get any bsod so I'm guessing that it was that particular bit of ram altrough the programs I tested the RAM with did not see anything wrong...

It was the RAM, I took the ram to the place I bought it in 2014 and (because it has a lifetime warranty) I got my money back (after 1 month; they sent it to be tested and it showed up as bad). Ram sure was expensive in 2014.
