It should be fine, the Motherboard's Memory Support PDF lists both the 1GB and 2GB variants of that Kit as tested to work fine so i see no reason why a 4GB stick wouldn't work. Hope this helps

Yes, Low and High density has no effect on comparability of modules as far as i am aware.
