2 Ram slots in motherboard not working

So I build this PC of mine 6 months ago and today added another hard drive and now the computer does not boot. It boots with ram in a1 or a2 or both but does not boot with ram in b1 or b2. Earlier the ram was installed in a2 and b2 but now I find that the b1 and b2 slots are not working. Please tell me what to do.

Motherboard: Asus b150 pro gaming
Processor: i5 6400
Os: Windows 10 64 bit
Ram: 2 x 4gb Corsair vengeance lpx ddr4 2400mhz
Aftermarket cooler.

Seems like a motherboard issue. I'd get in contact with asus and see if you can get a replacement, unless you fine with using ram not on dual channel or not being able to add more.
