I'm assuming this is Australian judging from the price and retailers. It would do alright but this would be much better at the same price:

- Stronger Graphics Card, Better RAM and more reliable Power Supply. I assume you don't need 3TB of storage do you? Hope this helps :)

The parts you picked originally cost 940$ total, what exactly is your budget, it can be improved.

Thx Again, i was also wondering if this motherboard supports a second graphics card because i might want to upgrade in the future

Yes it can support a second graphics card since it has two Pci-e x16 3.0 slots but you won't be able to SLI them since the motherboard won't support it. You'll also need a bigger power supply for that.

Yeah i dont mind getting a new power supply but What does it mean "I wont be able to SLI Them?" and also will this Desktop be able to have over 60 fps on most games like COD BO3, ARK: Survival Evolved and Other High Demanding Games

In most games yes this should handle most games in Ultra settings 60 FPS in 1080p. In 1440p might be looking at around High settings to conserve FPS but still will be great. Definitely VR ready as well. ARK is the main tough one to run since it's not exactly optimised yet but you should still push modest settings that will make it look good and run fine, probably just don't crank Ultra.

SLI means adding another GTX 1070 later to run 2 of them together for more Performance. But i would personally always stick with single stronger GPU if you need more power, but you never know if you see another of your card cheap i suppose.

Thx Alot i was also wondering if i need any wirless internet cards or sound cards, i also need enough pci slots for a elgato hd60 pro Game Capture

Wireless internet cards? If you're gonna be having your internet device close to you then you can use an ethernet to connect it. Which will be a way better option than a wireless card. A sound card? No, the motherboard you're going with will do the job.
There will be pci slots available for the capture card but you can use shadowplay instead which doesn't eat much FPS. If you don't wanna compromise any FPS at all then the game capture is necessary.
Hope this helps!

Ok thx does this case come with all the fans i need or do i need to buy any extra things? Is this the complete build, do i need to buy anything else?

The case has 1 included in the rear which will be enough tbh. Although people usually use 2 in their cases.
The Deepcool Tesseract BF has good airflow so there's no need to spend money on the extra.
The build is pretty much complete, you're going to need a keyboard, mouse and a monitor and one screwdriver to put it together. ;)
