That means its not related with max Memory supported right..??

Soldered means, it´s not replaceable and already a part of the system.

So the only option available for you would be upgrading with a single 4GB (DDR2 3 or 4 RAM, depending on the supported RAM modules of your system)
or if already 8GB are recognized by your operating system, you can´t upgrade more than that.

Which make and exact model is it?

The TS wrote me the specs:
"Lenovo ideapad 310 15isk
And has max 12gb supported memory."

How much RAM is now installed? Have a look at the windows sysinfo for this (start/windows key + pause)
So max. additional RAM module would be an 8GB DDR4 2133MHz sodimm

Performance wont be decrease because of two different size of ram
I mean performance will not good as expected by memory
Because of two different size of ram

I'm asking this stupid question because my friend said due to different size of two ram the performance will not be that gOod as expected...

Just tell me it's not true...

That´s not true because of the memory management of the CPU. If you install 4GB additionally, the whole memory will run in dual channel, but "only" 8GB are available.
If you install 8GB additionally, also "only" 8GB will run in dual channel, but there will be another 4GB in single channel mode available for the system too.

More than 8GB wouldn´t be necessary I think, but the more the better :)

Dual channel memory operation requires 2 identical memory modules.
So yes - it is true. Mixing different memory module sizes will impact performance.

Good news is, that having more memory far outweights having faster memory.
In everyday usage scenarios you will not really notice difference between single channel and dual channel memory operation.

also does it matter when the voltage is 1.2V and frequency is 2133 (same as my ram in my laptop) but CL and Other stuffs are slightly different

What if it is faster CL is 14
I don't know exactly what CL timing is neither company people know....
Is there any way to know CL timing of RAM without opening Laptop screws
