Hi !

for 2-3 days my pc (windows 10) is freezing after 15-20 minutes use. For an example i'm surfing on the web, the page doens't answer and I cant click on anything. I still see the mouse pointer and i'm still able to move but that's it. I have to hard reset it to make it work again.

I ve done checkdisk: nothing
I,ve also done a mdsched.exe: nothing
Also done without result is the System file checker.
Inside the computer is clean,
I've run Hwmonitor, no overheating in the system

What would be the next step ? Is there anything that could cause that kind of behavior ?

My OS is on a Samsung SSD, do they die easily (my pc is 3 years old) ?

I dont think I still have the copy of windows installed on my Pc (which I upgrade for free wondows 10). If I formatdoes it means that I would have to buy a new windows ?

What would be the next step ?

thanks !

No, install Windows 10 choose to enter the code/register later.
Windows 10 will know check activation for you and see that you had it installed from a free upgrade in the past and then it will self activate.
(Can take a few days but I know this from experience.)
