I have just build a system with following configuration:
Ryzen 1500x
MSI B350 Tomahawk
Corsair Vengeance 8GB 2400mhz DDR4 C16 RAM (1 stick)
MSI GTX 1050Ti Single Fan OC Edition
Corsair VS550 PSU
Samsung 750 EVO 120GB SSD
Toshiba 1TB 7200rpm HDD

The problem is when I press the power button the EZ Debug CPU LED goes on, and display is just black( I have connected HDMI to GPU not to mobo), I tried changing RAM slots, started Mobo without CPU power connected but still same problem.
Also the keyboard and mouse are not starting and the front panel IO LEDs are not turning on.

Help me please

you may find your bios needs updating before your CPU will run in it as this board was released long before the R5 processor, give it back to...

you may find your bios needs updating before your CPU will run in it as this board was released long before the R5 processor, give it back to your supplier, they should flash it for free for you, hence CPU LED, your CPU isnt recognised.

https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B350-TOMAHAWK.html#support-cpu

You need at least v1.1 on that board for your cpu to work, recommended v1.3 (v13)

@Seanie280672 so I guessed it right, bios was the culprit, since I don't have Ryzen 7 and the place is too far from where I bought the rig is there any alternative?!?
Or it can done on MSI service centres
And sorry I down voted your answer, I am new here

If you have a nearby MSI service centre, then definately contact them, im sure they'll be more than happy to help you out, failing that, do you know anyone with an R7 you could borrow for 5 mins.

Computer shops would probably do it for you too, but they'll probably also charge you a small fee.

I live near the capital of India, and in my city Ryzen is not available so I have to go to Delhi from where I bought my rig, btw both MSI Service Centre and the shop from where I bought are located at same place (just few metres away)
Which should I prefer?!? Service Centre or the shop. I bought my rig yesterday and I have all the bills with me.
And none of my friends have Ryzen.
And one more thing if my cpu will be changed (even for few minutes) what about the thermal paste :(

I would use the MSI service centre, at least if theres any other problems with the board they can sort it whilst your there.

And yes, thermal paste needs to be changed everytime you remove your heatsink.

Lol today I visited the shop from where I bought my rig and explained them the problem, they said they have Ryzen 7 but they won't break the seal all they did is removed my Corsair vengeance and place a Crucial DDR4 Ram and volla that system booted on Ryzen 5 then they updated the bios and boom now system boots on Corsair Ram also.
I don't know what was the problem, what happened, they didn't tell me why it was doing but I am happy now, it boots fine.
The only problem I noticed is my Ram is 2400mhz but on stock settings it runs on 2133mhz idk why
