Just put together my first pc parts list can anyone tell me if its good??

Solution
You need a Z170 chipset to OC that CPU. There is no point to spending extra on that memory. You are capped at 2133mhz with that chipset.

This system will have a much better build quality and perform faster for just a little bit more.

Note that in your parts list, you got an overclockable i5-6600K but paired it with a non-OC H110M mobo - so that was changed, among others.

CPU = Upgraded to a better/faster Kaby Lake i5-7600K (3.8GHz to 4.2GHz) than the Skylake i5-6600K (3.5GHz to 3.9GHz).

MB = Got a Z270 mobo that supports OCing that CPU, and, it's got Red Ambient LEDs.

RAM = Got the RAM with RED LEDs, with same 16GB as you want, but at a faster 3000MHz speed.

HDD = Same.

GPU = Same.

Case = Got a good budget Black + Red ATX case (Ranger-R4-R http://www.mydiypcusa.com/products/cases/atx-midtower/ranger-r4-r.html). Its already pre-installed with 3x fans (1x 140mm Red LED Fan at side, 1x 120mm Red LED Fan at front, and 1x 120mm Fan at rear).

PSU = Got a better quality PSU (Seasonic G Series) which has more than enough wattage for your rig. The G-550 has hybrid-modular cables and has 5-year warranty.

OS = Changed from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 10 Home (cost-cutting).

All in all, the upgrade/updated parts list approx the same cost as your initial parts. Hope this helps.
