GPU constant buzzing noise

Hi recently I've been experiencing an issue with my PCs graphics card. I have a Gigabyte GTX 970 g1 gaming graphics card. A few days ago I noticed a constant buzzing noise that won't go away. It's not just when playing games but it's all the time, from the moment I switch the computer on the buzzing begins.

I guess I been lucky and never experienced that with any of my cards ?? [of course I knew better that to get a 970 right off the bat when they first came out ]

all I can say is read up on it and draw a conclusion . theres a lot of resolves out there on that from rma the card to replace the psu put something on the cards vrm's ect.... weather or not any of them truly works to resolve that ?????? heck you may try everything posted under the sun and still have it ...

as far as I know that just part of having a 970 card when that part of luck of the draw was not on your side ??
