Hi there. So I was using my notebook with Windows 10 normally last night and it said it needs to be restarted, so I tried to do, but the first strange thing was, when I pressed '' restart now '', it just closed the window for a while and then it showed up again. I couldn't restart it from there, so I chose remind me later, went to menu and pressed shut down and update. It turned off normally, so I switched it back on and BSOD showed up. It said FAT_FILE_SYSTEM and then restarted. For the second time, it was NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM and from that time it shows every time.

Solution
Do you only have one hard drive? if not, remove other one and try to boot - see if it makes any difference

FAT_FILE_SYSTEM errors manifest in two ways, a fast reboot loop where you cannot do anything and a slower reboot loop that boots briefly into Windows before crashing after 5 or 10 minutes.

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB
change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up repair - this will scan PC and maybe fix this - will ask for logon info

another fix is
boot from installer, on 2nd screen after languages, choose repair...

choose command prompt
Type in "CHKDSK c:/f" and hit enter. this might take some time depending on size of hdd
type exit and restart PC

is there anything on C drive you want to rescue? try making this on another PC: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/

some advice in here might help - https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-performance/windows-10-fatfilesystem-error-cannot-reboot/6a7278c0-6629-4bbb-be73-168081f07bc8
