AM4 is an new platform, and not much ram has been tested on it (so can be supported officially). On top of that- supported list for faster ram will change (widen), but after a lot of work, bios updates, and more testing by manufacturers. Right now, you can buy RAM that has been tested to work at specified clocks (the list is here http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/AB350%20Pro4/#Memory , and RAM 'Part number' can be seen in Partpicker when you pick RAM and look at look at it's specifications on the left, or in the name of the link itself, for example, here: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Gv8Zxr/a-data-memory-ax4u2400w8g16drz
From what I have heard so far- all DDR4 ram is compatible, but it will work fine at 2400-2666 clocks, at least until bioses get updated to support higher clocks if RAM is specified for them. Some RAM already works at 3000-3200- but as you can see (by sorting ASRock RAM support list by memory speed), support for 3200 speed list is minuscule. In the end- I would not worry about this, get good priced 3000-3200 RAM from popular manufacturer, and run Ryzen at 2666 memory speed for now, without noticing minor (2-3% probably) speed difference. Then, in say 2-3 months time, update bios and try RAM at it's higher specified clocks.
