Which cooling paste is better, Noctua NT-H1 or Arctic MX-4?

I've bought a noctua nh-d14 and I want to use it with an i5-7600k the cooler came with a noctua nt-h1 cooling paste, I've checked the website where I've bought it and it didn't said anything about the paste being included so I've also bought an Arctic MX-4 (-,-). If I already have both I was wondering which is the better option, I've looked at some reviews online and they seem similar. I am confused because both of them calim to be better than the other one.

Believe it or not, I still think to this day that name brand thermal paste is all but a marketing gimmick. The true secret is to not slather that thing as many inexperienced builders would do, which actually causes the conduction to be worse since there's more of it; This increasing the temperature of the CPU/GPU. Not to mention a terrible mess. A little goes a long way and the difference between cooling/thermal paste is quite negligible. Good luck!

In terms of cooling they're both neck and neck depending on how well you applied the thermal compound.
The Arctic takes longer to dry though so it might last you longer before your temps start climbing, way down the road though...
