Hi guys! I'm here to ask if it's really worth it to get a X Ryzen CPU. It's costs about 40€ more here in Portugal. And I don't personally think XFR is really worth it. I'm going with a CM MasterLiquid 240 Liquid Cooler so I can OC it. But thosr 40-50€ are a big problem because I'm on a tight budget. I already know what Motherboard I want (MSI B350 Tomahawk) so it's just really the CPU. Can I reach the performance of the 1600X with OC and is the X really worth it? Thanks in advance for all the help, but I'm just quite curious in the differences aside the big price diff. Thanks for all your help!

I would not say the "X" version is worth it, I would personally go with the non "X" version. The "X" version will only do one thing and that is give 100-200 maybe a tad bit more MHz to the core clock with less voltage, while the non "X" version will not, so with that I would say save the 40 euros and get the non "X" version. Also link the power supply that you want please.

Really big thanks. The 40/50€ offset can help me keeping my 1000€ bugdet.
So: MSI B350 Tomahawk, 8GB DDR4 2400MHz from Kingston, the ASUS ROG STRIX RX480 8GB, 1TB HDD, a 620w PSU and the Ryzen R5-1600. Is this a solid build? BTW im going for the Liquid Cooler I mentioned so for OC I have a nice budget build right?

It's the SeaSonic S12II. One of my friends use it with an i7-6700K and a G1 GAMING 1070. So he reccomended and I saw myself a couple of reviews and people say it's a really good PSU. Thanks for all the help guys :]

Uhm, well. . . I can't go with a modular/semi-modular PSU. But if there's any cheap here in Portugal semi/modular, I can get one. Go to this website: globaldata.pt and grab a couple PSU links from there and I'll see what fits my needs. 620w is perfect for my build. Also this one costs around 60/70€ so I think it's good and rather cheap.

Just keep the PSU you got, its a tier 2 PSU, which in that price is pretty good, plus SeaSonic has a very good name out there.

Well my budget got cut a bit. I already have my own parts list but I appreciate everyone's help. I haven't checked on the forums because my laptop's HDD "fried". I'm currently replacing it with a brand new WD one. If anyone is interested in my parts list, here you got. Also don't mind the AIO and overkill PSU because those are there for future upgradability!
